Coe backed against a caa burner In her husband.'s danta! laboratory and! her domes cangiit on fire.- Mrs. Coe was uninjured by the fire which burned through an apron and her dress, but Dr. Coe burned his fingers in an en deavor to slap the flames into sub mission. The slapping process was unsuccessful and the flames did not subsldo until; after, Dr. Coe had taken his wife in his arms and administered a hearty hug" of long duration which smotherodv the blaze and smudged the doctor's white apron considerably.
