That sealed bids will be received by the Board until Tuesday, January 2, 1923, nt ten o'clock a. m. at the office of the Board of Directors of the GOLD HILL IRRIGATION DISTRICT, within the boundaries of said district, in Jackson County, Oregon, ror the purchase of bonds in the sum of ten thousand dol lars ($10,000.00), voted and authorized November 16, 1921, of Gold Hill Irriga tion District, Jackson County, Oregon, (Said bonds being in addition to the sum of eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000.00) in bonds previously auth orized and Bold). Said bonds are num bered consecutively, commencing with number one and following in numer ical order, mature serially, in annual amounts, so as to be approximate with principal and interest, and shall be payable in Gold Coin of the United States; -said bonds will be dated Janu ary 1, 1923, and bear interest at six per cent payable semi-annually. And that all adverse claims to said premises may be determined by decree of this Court: That by said decree it be declared and adjudged that plaintiff is the owner in fee of said premises; that Its title be quieted and declared good and valid; and that the defendants, and each of them, be adjudged and decreed to have no estate or Interest whatever in or to said premises, or any part thereof;' . 1 , , That said defendants, and each or them, be forever enjoined and de barred from asserting any claim what ever in or to said premises adverse to the plaintiff.
