Point 1 Resolution No. 31 A RESOLUTION instructing the City Recorder to call for sealed bids for the construction of a new city reservoir. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MED FORD AS FOLLOWS: . 1. That the City Recorder be in structed to call for sealed bids for the construction of a new city reservoir in accordance with the plans and spec ifications heretofore submitted and now on file in the office of the City Recorder. The City Council of the City of Med ford on November 14, 1922 at 7:30 p. m. in the council room at the city hall will consider sealed proposals for the construction of a new city reservoir. Bids are to be for the complete con struction of said reservoir, without condition or reservation, and to be accompanied by a certified check for 5 per cent of the total cost of said construction, same to be forfeited to the city as and for liquidated damages if the bid Is accepted and bidder fails to eommy with its terms.
