Several good matches were played, closing only when darkness rendered further play Impossible. This new tennis club has done much to stimulate interest , in this popular sport throughout the valley and it promises to be ono of the largest ten nis organizations in southern Oregon. The membership list which is limited to tlie members of the California-Oregon Power company personnel, already numbers over thirty and is increasing rapidly. Plans will soon be perfected by tho court committee for a club tour nument to take place in the near future.
