Himmons was detained by the Sis kiyou county, California, officials, and released upon 11000 bonds upon arrival hero Thursday night. The trial wns postponed upon the rlea that he "had a IT a day job In the woods near Weed," and that a con tinuance would enable him to keep his family and prepare his defense. This was agreed to by the sheriff and the district attorney. . .
