Commissioners Darlington, W'hitemore and Bedford will leave with the Oregon engineers to go over the proiKmed route tomorrow. ' A crew of engineers is now busy near the line locating the grade which will elimin ate Oregon mountain. It is expected that active work will be started on the highway this summer.
