Morris Is boliovod to have been fatally wounded and Kd Morris, who started the shootinR, is sufferlnn from two bullet wounds, one inflicted by himself and the other said to hare been Inflicted by George, another brother. George also was wounded In the head but not seriously. According to the officers Ed, after demanding a settlement from P. P. Morris, who was sitting on tho porch at the ranch house, opened fit with a 38 caliber revolver after his brother said he was not financially able to make a division. Then, without warn ing, he fired three shots at Mrs. Morris who was nearby, inflicting one wound In the breast and two In the arms. George, who heard the shots fired, ran to the house and is said to hare been greeted with a bullet, which entered his head. ' He then entered the house to get his revolver. Meanwhile Ed had also entered the house and seized a shotgun. Officers said George fired one shot at Ed, wounding him. and the latter fell over on the bed and fired a shot Into his own head with a revolver. His condition Is said to be serious. .
