Every person licensed to vend, aell and distribute milk and cream within the City of Medford, pursuant to thU ordinance, shall com ply with all of the provlalon of the I-awa of the State of Oregon, and all of the lawful rules and regulations of the Dairy and Food Commissioner of the Bute of Oregon with reference to the operation and conduct of dallies operation and conduct of dairies, and the production, vending and sale of milk or cream within said titate. Section 5. Section 7, Any person who shall violate any of the terms of this onll nance shall upon conviction be pun ished by a rtne not exceeding IJ&.W) for each offenae, or by imprisonment' tor not more than ten days.
