of the lawful rules and regulations of
the Dairy and Food Commissioner of
the Bute of Oregon with reference to
the operation and conduct of dallies

THE LICENSING AND DISTRIBU
TION OF MILK AND CREAM IN THE
CITY OK MEDFORD, OREGON. AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE CITY OF MEDFORD DOTH
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Soctlon 1. No person ahall vend,
sell or dlxtrlbute any milk or cream
within tho City of Medford without
flrat obtaining from tho City of Med
ford a license so to do In the manner
hereinafter provided.
Section 2. Euch person desiring to
vend, sell or distribute milk and cream,
or both, within the City of Medford,
shull niako written application to the
City Recorder of the City of Medford
for llconae so to do. Said written
application and license so to vend,
milk shull contain a true atltement of
the name of tho person so applying
and the location of the dairy or dairies
or premises where said milk is pro
duced nnd the cows furnishing the
sumo are kept. Suld application shall
bo accompanied by a fee of $1.00.
Thereupon the City Recorder shall
