' TAfiK TWO h ocal and Personal Mayor Gates has Issued a proclama tion setting aside Sunday, Oct. 30 as "Go to Church Sunday," giving, the official sanction to, the observance of the day. The mayor of Portland did the' same thing in the observance of the "Go to Church" campaign recently put on In that city.
