A week ago Sunday Sheriff Terrill, who made the arrest, says that he hapiienetl tu be in Kagle Point when Mayham -and Wilbur (Wig) Jack came along speed ing in an auto and shouting, and when they saw him Mayham jumped tint and ran away. Wig then speeded up the machine still faster hut some distance beyond wrecked it, whoreupon ho was placed under arrt-st on a careless driv ing charge, for which ho was fined $L'0 and costs in court.
