THE CITY OF MEDFORD DOTH ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It shall bo unlawful' for any person, persons, firm, or corpora tion, to erect, construct, or build nny permanent dwelling house or other: buildings within the corporate limits of tho City of Medford without first .having made written application lo the city council lor permission to con struct such dwelling house or other building, and without having first re ceived from the city council written permission to construct or erect such building or dwelling house. Such ap plication must be signed by the per son, firm or officer or agent, if a cor poration, of such corporation, desiring to erect or construct such building or dwelling house, and shall show the name of the, street and the lot or de scription of the property upon which the same is to be erected. I' Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances In conflict herewith are hereby repealed. . . Section 3. ' Any person, firm or cot noratlon who shall be found guilty of (violating any oli the provisions of this uruinance, or wno smut tan or neglect to comply with any of such provisions, shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not less than fivo ($5.00) dollars nor more than one hundred ($100.00) dol lars for each offense, and ten ($10.00) dollars for each day such person shall continue in violation thereof.
