A carload ot horses is expected by the company hourly from Washington. In all the company will use about 150 horses along with a force of 300 men when the work gets well under way. The election will close on March 15, after which the final election takes place. Included with the primary election ballots will be found a referendum bal lot for members upon the question of the establishment of a community chest here in Medford. Negative and affirmative arguments are presented therein, but a wider discussion of the question should be given the subject, and for that purpose the columns of the Mail Tribune are offered.
