Cline of Albany, Is missing. H. B. Cady report ed Thursday that she was to have left Seattle Wednesday night or Thursday for Honolulu on a pleasure trip. Despite tho dry appearance on tho surface the, crew working with the tractor, -which the city recently pur chased, attached to tho scraper soon discovered that It was soaking wet underneath. Mr. Davis says it will be useless to attempt to resume this work for four or five dajs yet. The 'dirt streets all over Medford are in very rough condition with deep mud ruts, and the work of smoothing them down will be begun as soon as they are dried out.
