The auto in question Is a Studebaker which Hogue held un der contract of purchase, and one which it is alleged he still owed (18K. The auto passed to F. H. Montgomery from Hogue, the Medford parties alleg ing Hogue had sold the machine which did not legally belong to him, and the warrant of arrest followed.
