A complaint was filed in the justice
court yesterday by Medford parties
who charged that Everett Hogue had
sold an automobile of which he had no
ownership title. The auto in question
Is a Studebaker which Hogue held un
der contract of purchase, and one
which it is alleged he still owed (18K.
The auto passed to F. H. Montgomery
from Hogue, the Medford parties alleg
ing Hogue had sold the machine which
did not legally belong to him, and the
warrant of arrest followed. Hogue and
Montgomery have gone to Medford 'to
day where they expect to adjust the
