At 10 o'clock Monday morning the totals In Berlin were: German democrats, 33,000; ma jority socialists, 153,000; independ ent socialists, 103,000; German peo ple's party, 17,800; Ginmn national party, 62.000; centrist, 17,600. This incomplete list gives five majority socialists, 4 independent socialists and two german democrats elected.
