Wet votes still were in the lead to day, with the returns in from 12D9 complete precincts of U191 in the state. These fairly well scattered in 28 counties showed: Yes. 53,013; no, 5(i,7!)it. This majority of 3,78( n gainst adoption was in line with re turns since early last mtrht, except for a brief time in the early morning: when many incomplete returns, par ticularly from southern dry districts, indicated adoption. This was beine; accomplished with the aid of nn electric fortjo which was under the transformer boilinir the oil.
