ELKS LODGE 10 HONOR FLAG DAY The Elks lodge is making elaborate arrangements for the celebration of Flag day next Friday afternoon. The Elks annually appropriately observe the nnlversary of the birth of the na tion's flag, but this year plan an un usual celebration.
