Moouey in the hitter's trial for murder growing out of a bomb explosion hero,. was arraigned In the superior court today on a felony charge of attempting subornation of perjury in connection with Mooney'a trial. After tho court had over-ruled a motion to dismiss tho case, Oxman's attorney, Samuel M. Shortrldgo, filed a demurrer to the Information filed against Oxman by District Attorney Charles M. Flckert. The case was continued until next Monday morning for decision. Oxman is accused of trying to In duce F. E.
