"Tho people of tho Davenport re gion need moro Irrigation water than they will bo llkoly to get for somo years, by present methods. Tho Itoguo river valley has an abundanca of it within reach. Ill' SELIa WHAT CAUSES COLDS? Ibis ciucstion is asked everyday. A cold is really a fever, not always caused by the weather but often due to disordered blood or lack of important food-elements. In changing .seasons fat-foods are essential because they distribute heat by enriching the blood and so render the system better able to withstand the varying elements. This is the important reason why cn.uu .cinuision snoiiiu always be taken for colds, and it does more builds strength to prevent sickness. Scott's Emulsion contains Nature's rare strength building fats, so skillfully blended that the blood profits from every drop. It is free from harmful drugs or alcohol.
