He was "pretty well loaded" and on coming out of tho saloon found that his bicycle was gone. Another was in the place that had been occupied by his. He took it, thinking that the owner had taken his. The boy ran foul of the law when he did not take the bicycle to the police, knowing it was not his. Friends told him to do so but he said he was going to keep it until his was returned.
