Employes of the United Stntes su piumc court today nro busy explain ing nn erroneous report that that tribunal had summarily dismissed the contempt proceedings ngalnst President Samuel (tampers, Vice President John Mitchell and Secre tary Frank Morrison of the American Federation of Labor, which grow out of the Ducks Stovo and Range com pany boycott. The court merely hinted that It would refuse to consider the question whether the Ducks company should be granted a permanent Injunction restraining the labor men from con tinuing the boycott.
