White, a valued hooter of this nest, contem- elating removing from these hooting grounds, it is therefore recorded that a passport be issued to him that he may depart in peace, and feather a new nest. He being desirous of going to a damper climate, Portland, Oregon is recommended as on ideal place to goto." The above resolution was duly sign ed by J. T.
