will make their home for some time
with their uncle and aunt, M. 'and Mrs.
J. V. Waid, of this city. Mr. Gibson
expects to locate on a homestead in
this county. In order that the arrival
of the newly wedded might be proper
ly celebrated "the boys" turned out at
about midnight last night and as one
party expressed it, "There was all
kinds of things doin".

an entertainmeht in Artisan hall, Thurs
day evening, March 14th . The De-
Moss family consists of eight In num
ber and are giving a better entertain
ment this season than ever before.

THE OWLS HOOT
At the regular daily hooting of The
Owls last Saturday the following reso-
lutirn was offered and after much hoot
ers was passed:
Resolved, That one John B. White,
a valued hooter of this nest, contem-
elating removing from these hooting
grounds, it is therefore recorded that
a passport be issued to him that he
may depart in peace, and feather a
new nest. He being desirous of going
to a damper climate, Portland, Oregon
is recommended as on ideal place to
goto."
