Participants will move, do, think and experience what it’s like from the role of victims. Democrats plan dinner, auction The Umatilla Coun- ty Democratic Party will hold a spaghetti dinner and auction Saturday, Oct. 7 from 5-8 p.m. at Pendleton Center for the Arts, 214 N. Main St. The event opens with a silent auction from 5-7 p.m. The meal, which begins at 6 p.m., includes spaghetti, bread, dessert and beverag- es, including wine. The cost is $20 per per- son. The live auction begins at 7 p.m. Proceeds from the event supports the local Demo- cratic Party, candidates for local elections and scholar- ships for deserving students within the district.
