Hermiston Police De- partment Chief Jason Edmiston said the de- partment recently pur- chased four portable AED units and a training unit. The portable units will be placed in four patrol vehicles driven by sergeants and corporals. Grange plans craft sale, breakfast Sweet fundraiser benefits pair with cancer A cinnamon roll fundraiser is planned to provide assistance for Nadine Ball and Mike Ferguson — both are fighting cancer. Orders are being tak- en for the cinnamon rolls, which are $10 for a dozen. Prepared by Bridgett and Kay All- dritt, they will be fresh- ly baked Friday, Feb. 5, at Ione Community School. They will be available for pickup in the afternoon during the Ione versus Dufur bas- ketball games. A flea market, craft sale and breakfast is planned at the Columbia Grange.
