customer was having a
heart attack. He said he
performed CPR with an-

Hermiston High School cheerleaders and students show
their support for Pendleton teacher Kathryn Youngman. The
#YoungmanOnEllen campaign began last week fueled by
students from Pendeton and Hermiston and snowballed on
social media, gaining traction with celebrity re-tweets and
enthusiasm from both schools.
The Hermiston boys basketball team along with the
Pendleton boys basketball team and both girls teams, wear
pink warm-ups Tuesday night in solidarity with both high
schools, who are trying to send Kathryn Youngman to Los
Angeles to appear on the popular daytime talk show “The
Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
