Van Fossen and Sebas- tian A. Villegas of Hermiston; a boy, Trystann Leith Villegas. Cliff Edward Bak- er was born February 8, 1957. He passed away at his home in Ontario, Ore. He loved life and did everything with a smile on his face. If you knew him you loved him. He enjoyed many things in- cluding golfing, BBQ, fishing, playing his guitar, being with his family and being a papa to his grand- son. He worked hard on everything he did and had pride in all that he did. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his father William Ray Baker and mother Zevia Jane Baker. He is survived by his brothers Brett Lee Baker (Lana Baker), Longview, Tex- as, and Greg Allen Baker (Sue Baker) Texas; his children Jesse Ray Baker, Justin Lee Baker and Bri- onna Lynn Baker (Zack Harris), Irrigon, Ore., Derek William Baker (Kallee Padilla), Herm- iston, Ore., and Casson- baker dra Shay Baker (Mikey Coombs), Umatilla, Ore.; grandson Gaige Maddix Baker; and many cous- ins, nieces, nephews and friends. There will be a cele- bration of life Oct. 17th at noon at Spillway Park in McNary for all that knew and loved him. God is great. Beer is good. Peo- ple are crazy. Rafaela Denis Larios, 69, of Hermiston, Oregon, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015, in Richland, Washington. Rafaela was born in El Naranjo, Jalisco, Mexico, on October 3, 1945. Rafaela worked as a general laborer for: Smith Frozen Foods, Watermill Foods and AgriNorthwest for various years. She en- Larios joyed spending time with her family, trips to Wild- horse, and gardening. Rafaela is survived by 10 children: Esther Mendoza, Rosalba Mendoza, Guiller- mina Mendoza, Raul Men- doza, Jose Mendoza, Martha Lopez, Leticia Mendoza, Carmen Mendoza, Carlos Mendoza and Javier Mendo- za; grandchildren Maria, Rosa, Idelfonso, Jaime, Luz, Adriana, Ros- ita, Sergio, Ivan, Jazmin, Daniela, Edgar, Ulises, So- nia, David, Natalia, Ruben, Ismael, Susan, Josue, Gen- esis, Josue, Ilse, Salomon, Issaiah, Esmeralda, Xenia, Arianna, Daniel, Samara, Lili, Sophia and Ezequiel; and great-grandchildren Mi- guel, Ana, Jeriko, Alberto, Oscar, Osvaldo, Christian, Iz- iah, Jerimiah, Alexia, Gretel, Giselle, Ger- aldine, Juliana, Ale- jandra, Alessandra, Camila, Emanuel and Nicholas. FRIDAY, OCT. 9 • A caller reported hearing one gunshot on West Orchard Avenue. • A male was reportedly looking inside vehicles in a parking lot on West Orchard Avenue. • At Good Shepherd Medical Center on North- west 11th Street, a nurse reported a man, who had been physically aggressive toward the staff, was locked in a bathroom and refused to leave. • An intoxicated man was reportedly causing a disturbance at a residence on East Coe Avenue in Stanfield.
