Tanks, motorized guns and other motor operated field equip ment are given severe tests as they come from the factories in that vi cinity. Middleton says the heavier tanks are comparatively easy to ride, but the smaller ones give the driver quite a shaking up. Most of the tanks operate at about 30 miles an hour, but with the gover nor removed can greatly exceed that speed. Mr. and Mrs. E. J.
