D. and has moved to Walla Walla. Miss Neva Hedrick visited Mrs. Mae Leonard at Prosser over the week end. While there she took her first airplane flight. Miss Alice Hed rick visited her sister Mrs. Lowell Caplinger at Pendleton over the week end. Bobby Rhea has gone to Healds burg, Calif., where he will assist his sister Alice (Mrs. Carroll Buckley) in moving to Portland. Marie Evans and Normie will go at the end of this month to Portland to live with her sister Alice. Charley Connor of Arlington, U. P. roadmaster, was in town Tuesday to visit his mother-in-law, Mrs. U. G. Shipley who is improving. Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Myers of Sil verton are now residing on the Fred Thorn farm. Mr. Thorne has gone to Kansas City to visit his brother, prior to the arrival of his spring ship ment of turkeys. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Hoosier of Pendleton visited Mrs. Ernest Great house Sunday, and Mrs. George El liott and all visited the Villermoures in Hermiston. Mrs. Roy Duncan and children were visitors in Pendleton Monday. Helen Swaney is ill at her home with flu. The quarantine has been lifted from the G. E. Williams home.
