His produce was raised w ith the use of an overhead sp rin k lin g system tried for the first tim e th is year in this territo ry . The general opinion was th a t sp rin k lin g was very suc cessful. His display consisted of all fall crops and showed excellent quality. A bunch of celery especially created a g reat deal of in terest because of its firm ness and quality. Hutchison stated th a t he was well pleased w ith the new experim ent and stated th a t the cost was very little more th an o rdinary irrig atio n .
