BRIEF UM ATILLA COUNTY FAIR NOTES MRS. H. SOMMERER W IN S IN D IV ID U A L F A R M D IS P L A Y Mrs. H. M. Sommerer of the Co lumbia district won the individual farm display for the second consecu tive year at this year's fair. Her booth was characterized by an excel lent array of various farm and gar den products and created a great deal of interest among fair goers. The Pendleton Chamber of Commerce awards a trophy to the best indivi dual display. In the same competition J. R. An son of Stanfield was second and Joe Cooney of Hermiston was third.
