George E. F arre ll, regional d irec to r of th e AAA for th e w estern states, is scheduled to speak a t th e P endleton m eeting, as are several high officials of th e new crop in su ran ce corporation. S enator Clyde K iddle of La G rande, new ly ap pointed sta te supervisor of crop in su ran ce for Oregon, w ill also be on th e program .
