This time it is Ciinten P. Adams who is the lucky man. Mammoth Sensa tion, sire of the sow that Mr. Adams has just received, is the largest hog of any breed at his age in the world. At the age of sixteen months he weighed 825 pounds. The new sow is no runt, as she weighed 400 pounds at eleven months. Her breed ing, Sensation and Critic, crossed with the Orion hog family, will sure ly give the state of Oregon some prize winners. Mr. Adams has recently purchased land on the project, and is now im proving 60 acres one and a half miles east of town. Bound Over Wiilie Willkie, a crippled wan derer, was bound over yesterday to the grand jury in Justice Dodd's court, the charge that brought about his arrest the night before by Chief of Police Crandall having been as sault with intent to kill. In an alter cation he struck a Mr. Troutman with a butcher knife, cutting quite a gash in his forehead.
