Mr. L anglitz cam e to th e United S tates a t th e age of 21, se ttlin g in ea ste rn W ash ington. He la te r lived in Canada, and cam e to G resham in 1923. He w as engaged in farm ing a t th e tim e of his illness, and was a successful b e rry ra n c h e r and a m em ber of th e B erry G ro w ers’ association. T he deceased is survived by his widow, Mrs. K atie L anglitz, four ' sons and th re e d au g h ters.
