Mrs. Adolph Zenger w as the m a tro n of honor and the b ride w as attended by Miss E sth er P eterso n , w hile Adolph Zenger, tw in b ro th er of the groom, w as his best m an. The bride w as given aw ay by h er fath er, J. C. P eterson. Miss M ildred K um m el played the b rid al ch o ru s from "L ohengrin,” and preceding th e cerem ony Miss M artha H agberg sang, “A lw ays.” T he bride w as a ttire d in pale green g eorgette and w’ore a veil held in place by a w reath of orange blossom s. She ca rrie d a bouquet of cream colored rosebuds. H er bridesm aid w ore a gown of chan g e able taffeta in shades of pink and ca rrie d pink roses, w hile Mrs. B er nice Z enger, w ore her w edding d ress o f peach beaded georgette and ca rrie d a bouquet of pink roses. Since h er grad u atio n from G resh am Union high school in th e class of '23 th e bride has been em ployed a s a bookkeeper in an a tto rn e y ’s office in P o rtlan d , w hich w ork she expects to continue. Mr. Z enger w as a g rad u a te in the sam e high school class and is em ployed by A. W. M etzger & Company. On T uesday evening preceding th e w edding Miss P eterso n w as honored by a su rp rise show er giv en for her a t th e home of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Zenger.
