T ufts, su p e rin te n d e n t of th e Rest Day League, in his ad dress Sunday m orning befo re th e congregation of the E ast Side llap- tis ch u rch , for th e reason he keeps his grocery sto re open on S unday in open defiance of the law he o u g h t to help enforce. Rev. T u fts spoke in b eh alf of a rest day in the seven of th e week, and was u n sp arin g in his d e n u n c ia tion of S en ato r K ellah er and som e o th ers, whom he said had been co n victed of violation of law, an d of th e ju d g e th a t had been "friendly to these c rim in a ls.” Rev.
