th e ag e o f 17. T h e fam ily cam e to
G re sh a m ’ in 1907 an d lived fo r sev-
y e a rs so u th of tow n
on a farm .
W hen th e new C ongdon h o tel was
o p en ed th ey took c h a rg e and it was
th e r e sh e died.
