The Mustangs, who had previously dominated Knappa 53-42 in Decem- ber, came into the matchup with momentum, only to see it slip away in a tough second half. Heppner held an early advantage, but Knappa managed a narrow 15-14 lead by halftime, setting the stage for a Logger come- back. Knappa pull ahead, up by eight through three quar- ters, thanks to Mylie Lem- pea’s 23 points and 10 re- bounds. A late three-pointer from Taylor Pass locked in the Loggers’ win, despite a valiant stand from Hep- pner’s Hallee Hisler, who led her team with 19 hard- fought points. On February 10, Jose Gua- dalupe Ochoa Arreguin Sr., 44, and Kristi Parti- da Ramirez, 34, both of Stanfield, OR, received a license. On the same day, Katrina Jesse Olguin, 46, and Alejandro Avalos Acosta, 29, both from Boardman, OR, were also issued a marriage license. On February 24, Omar Corcuera Barragan, 37, and Shanna Rae Later, 43, both of Hermiston, OR, were granted a marriage license. On February 28, Jovanny Llamas, 31, and Mariela Coria, 28, both of Board- man, OR, received their marriage license, conclud- ing the month’s issuances in Morrow County.
