Reporting party (RP) ad- vised that two individuals stole alcohol before leav- ing to another gas station. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Driving Complaint Occurred on I-84 W, in Echo, OR. White 4-door sedan driving aggressively and making rude hand ges- tures. Two additional RPs reported the behavior. Ore- gon State Police (OSP) ad- vised. Disposition: CAN- CELLED. Dog Complaint Officer initiated activ- ity at NW Morgan St/W Sperry St, Heppner, OR. Deputy was advised of a dog running around the area.Checked the area, un- able to locate. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Welfare Check Occurred on Idaho Ln, in Irrigon, OR. RP requested a welfare check on her father. MCSO made contact, male is okay. Dis- position: COMPLETED. Extra Patrol Occurred at Boardman Airport on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. RP re- ported people engaging in target practice in the area, believed to occur from mid-morning to evening. RP re- ported a four-door sedan speeding down SE Utah Ave and running a stop sign onto Division. MCSO advised, out of position. Disposition: ADVISED. RP reported that a vehicle approached him while he was pulled over, and he be- lieved the driver attempted to shoot at him. Animal Complaint Occurred at Boardman Rest Area Westbound on Highway 84, Boardman, OR. UPRR reported loose cattle on the railroad tracks northeast of the rest area.
