RP advised his son told him that there was another male that pushed him off his bike and then stole it. RP believes his son might be hurt and is requesting medics. MCSO and IRRA responded, complete/pa- tient refusal. Disposition: COMPLETED. Dog Complaint Occurred on Idaho Ln, in Irrigon, OR. Neighbors dogs came onto their prop- erty and are acting aggres- sive towards the RP. Blue Nissan RP is requesting contact with a deputy. Is currently in her car and afraid to get out. MCSO responded, complete. Dis- position: COMPLETED. Noise Complaint Occurred at Leland Chambers on S First St, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised that behind 260 S First in the trailers at the residence there is loud music being played and it has been an ongoing issue since last night. MCSO responded, unable to locate. Disposi- tion: UNABLE TO LO- CATE. Dog Complaint Occurred at Oregon Trail RV Park on Ne Wash- ington Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP at SP 65 with a white Dodge 3500 and silver Honda parked outside ad- vised they found 2 dogs wandering loose in the area. A wire-haired black dog and a short-tail Auss- ie mix. RP is requesting contact with a deputy to arrange transport to pet rescue. MCSO respond- ed, complete. Disposition: COMPLETED. Welfare Check Occurred at Amazon on Lewis And Clark Dr, in Boardman, OR. RP is calling requesting a welfare check on their cousin who is threatening suicide, works at Amazon with First Coast Security. Drives a 2002 green Chevy Avalanche. MCSO responded, com- plete. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Motor Vehicle Acci- dent Occurred on I 84 W, in Boardman, OR. RP ad- vised that she hit a tire that was on the north side of the westbound lanes, no injuries, she didn’t think anything of it until she got into Boardman and noticed that she has some signif- icant damage to the front fender. She is requesting contact. MCSO responded, OSP advised. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. March 10, 2024 Noise Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised that he could hear loud music coming from a vehicle nearby. RP states they are doing this to ha- rass him. MCSO checked the area, UTL any traffic or noise. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Noise Complaint Occurred on S First St, in Irrigon, OR. RP states there is loud music coming from this residence. It is continuously going on day and night. RP would like the property torn down and the units evicted. RP does not need contact. Completed. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred at Se Utah Ave/Se Division St, in Ir- rigon, OR. Black Subaru did not yield for the RP, RP yelled at them but they did not stop. There was also a grey Dodge with carpet hanging out of the back of it. MCSO responded, unfounded. Disposition: UNFOUNDED. Information Occurred at Se Utah Ave/Se Seventh St, in Irri- gon, OR. White SUV went by and it turned around and an older male and a younger teenage kid got out and the juvenile seemed defensive towards the other male with him and put up his fists like he was physically upset walking towards Division towards Se Utah. MCSO responded, unable to locate. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Suspicious Activity Occurred on Marshall Loop, in Boardman, OR. Francisco Joaquin, Jaime was arrested by BPD for DUII and lodged at UCJ with No Bail. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Noise Complaint Occurred at Leland Chambers on S First St, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised that there is loud music coming from the residence and that the vehicles are running loud too since they don’t have mufflers on it. RP advised that one white jeep has left the residence that LE should keep an eye out on. Unknown direction of travel. RP does not need contact. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Harassment Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised there is a mark in front of his residence and believes they are coming from his neighbor’s back- yard. RP did not see any vehicles but states it is the same people that have been harassing him for the last ten years. MCSO made contact, clear complete. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Grey Honda Civic sped down the road towards Tenth, RP states he didn’t pick up his speed until he passed the deputy. MCSO was in the area, vehicle was not speeding. Disposition: COMPLETED. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Irrigon Shell Station on E High- way 730, in Irrigon, OR. Rp advised that there is a white male who has been there for about 2 hours, drives a 4 door silver Hon- da and is currently parked right in of the main doors, he is wearing a blue sweat- er. Rp would like contact. **MCSO responded, com- plete. Disposition: COM- PLETED March 12, 2024 Welfare Check Occurred at Wagon Wheel Loop/Depot Ln, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that her brother is on Wagon Wheel by the mailboxes and she heard an altercation start and the phone cut out. Garza, Justin was arrested by OSP for Assault IV, lodged at UCJ with no bail. Disposition: REFERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Information Occurred at Oregon Military Department UAV Training on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. RP would like contact regarding set- ting up a response force. Sheriff was advised. Dis- position: ADVISED. Noise Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a Chrysler 300 came through the area twice with loud music. The last time, it came from Division and went down Seventh. Deputy responded, unable to locate. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Trespass Occurred at Love’s Travel Stop And Coun- try Store on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. RP reports that there are subjects going through their trash cans. Currently between the die- sel fuel islands. Female wearing gray tank top and leggings with blond hair. She has been asked to leave and won’t. Manager to contact is Pete Wilmont. Deputy responded. Subject was trespassed. Disposi- tion: COMPLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a Dodge Journey punched it down Division and flipped RP off and a blue Chevy Cruz with li- cense plate MUD went through with an unlicensed driver toward school. Dep- uty responded, unable to locate. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Motor Vehicle Acci- dent Occurred on W Oregon Ln, in Irrigon, OR. RP hit a vehicle in her driveway and isn’t sure if she should re- port it. RP would like phone contact. Deputy responded. Non-reportable crash, par- ties have exchanged info. Disposition: COMPLET- ED. Traffic Hazard Officer initiated activ- ity at I 84 W, Boardman, OR. RP advised there is a hay bale spread out in the middle of the lanes between 204 and 205 WB I 84. RP advised a black Chevy Sil- verado four door with big pipe rack up top and blue aluminum ladders, hit the dirt and sped towards Tenth at a high rate of speed. Deputy was advised. Noise Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. 4 door blue Ford pickup came down Seventh with loud music, pulled into a resi- dence at the corner of SE Utah and SE Division. Blue Tahoe, is driving by with loud music, headed to- wards Idaho. RP says that the vehicle singled out his residence. Disposition: AD- VISED. Driving Complaint Occurred on I 84 W, in Boardman, OR. RP ad- vised of a gray car that was swerving and unable to maintain lane. MCSO re- sponded, UTL. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a white Nissan Frontier went past his house at a high rate of speed, kick- ing up dirt, heading towards Division. Disposition: AD- VISED. Drunk Driver Occurred at Lewis And Clark Dr/Highway 730, in Boardman, OR. Black car, possibly a Nissan Sen- tra, drifting into oncoming traffic and can’t maintain speed, westbound. Medina Medrano, Fernando was issued UTC#AD2212 for 806.010 and was sched- uled to appear at IJC on 04/04/2024 at 0900. Verbal warning for failure to main- tain lane and obstructed windshield. Disposition: CITATION ISSUED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised a black Chevy Sil- verado went past his house at a high rate of speed. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. MCSO March 13 th Disturbance Occurred at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, in Irrigon, OR. RP advised his friend to call him and advised there was someone there choking his wife and refusing to leave. They are in the second row. Disposition: PATIENT RE- FUSAL Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Re- ports a white chevy pickup with oversized tires was on Tenth St and California doing donuts. Last seen on California headed towards Division. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Driving Complaint Occurred on I 84 W, in Boardman, OR. A dark gray Mercedes van with a temp plate that is sideways in the back window was all over the roadway. Vehicle pulled over just before the 164 WB Exit for a minute but then continued WB. The information was relayed to Oregon State Police. Dis- position: REFERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Driving Complaint Occurred at Se Cali- fornia Ave/Se Tenth St, in Irrigon, OR. White Chevy Pickup is back tearing up California. Last seen NB on Division towards Hwy 730. Disposition: ADVISED Driving Complaint Occurred at Se Divi- sion St/Se Utah Ave, in Ir- rigon, OR. White Fl 50 and a Blue Chevy Cruze plate ending in “MUD” racing up Division. The Cruze is cur- rently in the High School parking lot. Disposition: ADVISED. Dog Complaint Occurred on W 3RD St, in Ione, OR. Wants to know that if they keep their dog inside and it barks if they will get in trouble. Neighbors have already complained about the dogs barking if left outside. Dis- position: COMPLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Silver Buick four door car black leather protector on the front, male driver, flew through towards Division, ran stop sign on seventh. Disposition: UNFOUND- ED. Theft Complaint Officer initiated activ- ity at Northwestern Motel, N Main St, Heppner, OR. Deputy reports a theft. Dis- position: COMPLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp advised a black four door Chevy Impala came through playing loud music and went left on Division towards the school. Deputy was advised. Disposition: ADVISED. Noise Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Blk Chevy Impala with loud music coming down from Tenth, OR/846ELJ, last seen headed down towards Division. The occupants are high schoolers. RP states that they are doing it on purpose. Disabled Vehicle Occurred on I 84 E, in Boardman, OR. BPD ad- vised of disabled motorist, west of 177 EB. Appears they were trying to hitch- hike. Driving Complaint Occurred at Se Cal- ifornia Ave/S First St, in Irrigon, OR. Black Chevy 4 door car with loud music. Last seen on California to- wards First from Division. Dog Complaint Occurred at Bucknum’s on N Main St, in Heppner, OR. RP had a dog jump in their car. They are in the Health District office be- tween Gateway and Buck- nums. MCSO returned the dog to owner. Driving Complaint Occurred on Columbia Ln, in Irrigon, OR. Would like to speak with a deputy regarding a 4-wheeler that is coming into the park that is peeling out in the gravel. Also has an issue with an- other tenant that she would like to talk with a deputy about. Disposition: COM- PLETED. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. White Nissan Frontier jacked up was spinning tires and get- ting on the gas almost lost control of the vehicle plate is corning back to a kia keeps coming by his house wants it checked on.
