RP at SP 65 with a white
Dodge 3500 and silver
Honda parked outside ad-
vised they found 2 dogs
wandering loose in the
area. A wire-haired black
dog and a short-tail Auss-
ie mix. RP is requesting
contact with a deputy to
arrange transport to pet
rescue. MCSO respond-

on Lewis And Clark Dr,
in Boardman, OR. RP is
calling requesting a welfare
check on their cousin who is
threatening suicide, works
at Amazon with First Coast
Security. Drives a 2002
green Chevy Avalanche.

vised that she hit a tire that
was on the north side of
the westbound lanes, no

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised that he could hear
loud music coming from
a vehicle nearby. RP states
they are doing this to ha-
rass him. MCSO checked
the area, UTL any traffic
or noise. Disposition: UN-
ABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred on S First St,
in Irrigon, OR. RP states
there is loud music coming
from this residence. It is
continuously going on day
and night. RP would like the
property torn down and the
units evicted. RP does not

rigon, OR. Black Subaru
did not yield for the RP, RP
yelled at them but they did
not stop. There was also

by and it turned around and
an older male and a younger
teenage kid got out and the
juvenile seemed defensive
towards the other male with
him and put up his fists like
he was physically upset
walking towards Division
towards Se Utah. MCSO

in Irrigon, OR. RP advised
that there is loud music
coming from the residence
and that the vehicles are
running loud too since they
don’t have mufflers on it.
RP advised that one white
jeep has left the residence
that LE should keep an eye
out on. Unknown direction
of travel. RP does not need

advised there is a mark in
front of his residence and
believes they are coming
from his neighbor’s back-
yard. RP did not see any
vehicles but states it is the
same people that have been
harassing him for the last
ten years. MCSO made

RP states he didn’t pick up
his speed until he passed

Shell Station on E High-
way 730, in Irrigon, OR.
Rp advised that there is a
white male who has been
there for about 2 hours,
drives a 4 door silver Hon-
da and is currently parked
right in of the main doors,
he is wearing a blue sweat-
er. Rp would like contact.
