RP advised of a deer that was hit and needs to be dispatched. It is laying along the fence of address listed, under- neath a blackberry bush. **Deputy responded and dispatched deer. Respondent of an RO lives in Umatilla County but has had contacts in Morrow County so we are processing in the event that contact is made we can serve individual. They are outside on Wilson but not giving further information. Dis- connected on language line and not answering callback. **BPD and MCSO re- sponded, unable to locate/ contact. Disposition: UN- ABLE TO LOCATE. Dog Complaint Occurred on W Sperry St, in Heppner, OR. RP states that on Morgan Street near him there are some dogs that are always barking.
