black long hair border collie
mix in the area appears to
be limping. Disposition:

advised of a deer that was hit
and needs to be dispatched.
It is laying along the fence
of address listed, under-
neath a blackberry bush.

and not answering callback.

ABLE TO LOCATE.
Dog Complaint
Occurred on W Sperry St, in
Heppner, OR. RP states that
on Morgan Street near him
there are some dogs that are
always barking. He is ask-
ing that deputy speak with
the owners about having
them quiet down. Disposi-
