BAMB and BFD responded, patient transported to GSH. Dis- position: TRANSPORTED. Information Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP ad- vised he usually sees a male walking around picking up cans and what not but he has not seen him in a while- states he doesn’t have much of a description, just that he walks around talking to himself and wears a mask over his face. MCSO ad- vised. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP heard a white ford pickup spun their tires on tenth and then sped through the area *MCSO responded, Unable to Locate. Disabled Vehicle Occurred at W High- way 730/W Fourth Rd, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that her 1997 white Toy- ota 4runner broke down on Highway 730 between Fourth and Eighth heading to Boardman. She does not know the plate at this time. Rp states that she got it all WKHZD\R൵WKHVLGHRIWKH road, and will be working on taking care of it tonight. MCSO and OSP, advised. Extra Patrol Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Extra Patrols throughout the day. Being harassed by a white cargo van and construction vehicles Welfare Check Occurred on Locust Rd, in Irrigon, OR. RP is requesting a welfare check on one of her patients. RP states that the male has no showed for his last three appointments and she has been unable to get ahold of him. MCSO made contact. 911 Outage Occurred at Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office on W Willow View Dr, in Heppner, OR. Lum in 911 called to advise that there was an alarm activated in the Dalles and therefore some of the landlines in our area may be unable to call 911. They have operators enroute and will update us as needed. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that a white Honda civic looking vehicle sped on Utah heading to Divi- sion - and ran the stop sign on seventh. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE. Warrant Arrest 2൶FHULQLWLDWHGDFWLYL- W\DW3 32൶FH1H7KLUG St, Irrigon, OR. The subject was arrested by MCSO on Clackamas county warrant #20CR685 IO for FT A/ DSW. He issued citation #46577 for the warrant, and advised to appear at Clack- amas County Circuit Court on 03/05/2024 at 1500. Suspicious Activity Occurred on Highway 74, in Jone, OR. RP states that on Sunday she saw tracks going across her yard, and someone stole a bucket of her animal feed. She is worried that someone is camping or squatting at the RP’s brother’s house next door to her. She states that small things have been going missing from her house. RP is available for contact. RP states that a red dodge truck single cab with chrome tires spun his tires on Utah, and then parked facing the wrong way to pick up his buddy. Subject DOB: 02/16/1991 was ar- rested by Oregon State Police on MCCC Warrant 23CR21007 for Assault IV and Attempt to commit a Class A Misdemeanor, to be lodged at UCJ for $40,000.00 bail. MCSO Feb 3 rd MVA-Fire Occurred at Internet Parkway/Lewis & Clark Dr, in Boardman, OR. Sin- gle vehicle, non blocking. air bag deployment. BFD, IRRA, BAMB, BPD, and MCSO responded, patient refusal /report taken. Suspicious Activity Occurred at Love’s Travel Stop And Coun- try Store on Tower Rd, in Boardman, OR. ODOT assisted a green Jeep Wran- gler OR plate 632NUN. RP feels it is suspicious because the plate doesn’t match the vehicle it is on. Disposition: REFERRED TO OTHER AGENCY. Subject DOB: 12/23/1981 was arrested by UCSO on MCCC warrant 20CR50987 for Unlawful Possession of Methamphet- amines, to be lodged at UCJ for $30,000.00 bail. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP states that a four door white Chevy pickup sped on Utah and ran the stop sign on Seventh- heading towards ¿UVW 6W 'LVSRVLWLRQ$'- VISED. Shots Fired Occurred at Se Elev- enth St/E Highway 730, in Irrigon, OR. Several 911 s received regarding VKRWV¿UHGLQWKHDUHDRI6( Eleventh and Highway 730. Sounded like a dog fight that turned fatal for one of the dogs. Disposition: REPORT TAKEN. Driving Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Dark gray possibly a Subaru 4d going at a high rate of speed towards tenth. Advised they are on Utah and are block- ing traffic. Disposition: ADVISED. MCSO advised. MCSO Feb 4 th Dog Complaint Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. The re- porting person (RP) stated that a black and white dog chased him into his neigh- bor’s yard. The dog is still in the area near Eighth. Morrow County Sher- iff’s Office (MCSO) re- sponded but was unable to locate the dog. Harassment Occurred on Ne Elder St, in Heppner, OR. The RP reported that someone hacked his Facebook ac- count and is now harassing him and messaging his friend. The RP requested a phone call (21) regarding this matter. MCSO made contact with the RP. Extra Patrol Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Re- quested extra patrols throughout the day due to being harassed by a white cargo van and construction vehicles. The RP reported that a blue Chevy extended cab pickup was speeding on Utah Ave and heading towards Tenth. MCSO was advised about the complaint. The RP called back stating that there was a deputy in the area and the Dodge pickup just came off Seventh St and was going south on Division St. MCSO was in the area when the complaint was called and determined it to be unfounded. The RP reported hearing someone trying to open his front door and then running behind his house to attempt to open his back door. MCSO responded and completed the inves- tigation.
