'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A black Dodge Cara- van was reported driving at a high rate of speed towards tenth on Se Utah Ave in Ir- rigon. The vehicle was also observed without any lights RQ7KH6KHUL൵¶V2൶FHZDV advised of the complaint. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW -A white Ford pickup truck with a long bed 4D and running boards was reported driving at a high rate of speed towards tenth on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The Sheriff’s Office was advised of the complaint. 7UHVSDVV A side-by-side vehicle was reported riding on the sand dunes on the north side of the bombing range on Summit Ln in Boardman. It was suspected that the vehicle was on naval prop- erty. The Sheriff’s Office responded to the report but was unable to locate the vehicle. 0&62-DQ WK :HOIDUH&KHFN A Sergeant at the Depart- ment of Corrections (DOC) called Frontier and requested a welfare check on a female inmate’s mother, as she had not been heard from since Wednesday. The Sheriff ’s 2൶FH 0&62 PDGHFRQWDFW with the concerned parties to investigate the situation further. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A dark grey Dodge SUV was reported for speeding on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon, heading towards Seventh. MCSO was informed about the complaint but was cur- rently unavailable to respond. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A motorist residing on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon reported a blue, yellow, and white motorcycle that revved its engine in front of their house. The MCSO was advised of the situation, but they were unable to immediately respond. 'RJ&RPSODLQW Heppner Market Fresh on N Main St in Heppner re- ceived a report of a brown and black medium-sized dog that entered the store and refused to leave. The MCSO promptly responded to the complaint and successfully returned the dog to its owner. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A silver Nissan Altima was reported for speeding and running a stop sign on Seventh Street after traveling down Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. MCSO was informed of the in- cident, but due to their limited availability, they were unable to address the complaint in real-time. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A silver Chevy pickup truck parked near a fence on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon abruptly left at a high rate of speed towards Hwy 730 going westbound upon spotting the reporting party. MCSO was immediately advised of the situation. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A green Subaru Lega- cy with a small fairing was observed traveling at a high rate of speed towards Divi- sion Street in Irrigon. The driver was identified as a female. MCSO was promptly informed of the incident. ([WUD3DWURO On Miller Rd in Board- man, a concerned citizen no- tified the authorities about a pickup truck that drove through the area, parking at a neighbor’s house. The re- porting party requested extra patrol to monitor the situation for any suspicious activity. 'RJ&RPSODLQW A resident living on Crooked Rd in Irrigon re- ported that their neighbor’s dog entered their pasture and was chasing their horse. The dog was believed to belong to a person named Daisy, who OLYHVR൵3ULFNO\3HDU,Q7KH complaint was documented, and appropriate actions were taken by MCSO. 0&62-DQ WK ,QIRUPDWLRQ A female who threat- ened suicide was report- ed to the Morrow County Sheriffs Office. The only information available was the IP address. 'ULYLQJFRPSODLQW A blue Scion was re- ported for running a stop sign on 8th street and mak- ing a California stop on 7th street before heading to- wards Division. The caller requested that the driver be spoken to about her driving habits. 7KHIW5HSRUWHG A theft was reported at the sub station on High- way 730 in Boardman. The suspect broke into the sub station and stole tools and wire. A report was taken. 6XVSLFLRXV$FWLYLW\ A female came to a resi- dence on Clarks Canyon Rd in Lexington and claimed to be looking for “Kevin.” The female appeared to be in a dazed state with a blank look on her face. She was described as 30-40 years old, dressed in nice jeans and a gray jacket, with brown long hair. She was driving a small white car and left towards Munkers. The caller was concerned for the female’s safety. However, law enforcement was unable to locate her. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A two-door Honda Civic with license plate 619LLV was reported for reckless driving in Irrigon. No action was taken in re- sponse to the report. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A driver in a blue sleep- HU)UDWHOLQHUÀDWEHGWUXFN was reported for running a stop sign on 8th street in Irrigon. The driver was ad- vised about their behavior. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A white Nissan Frontier was reported for failing to stop at a stop sign on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The driver was advised about their actions. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A report was received of a white four-door Nissan pickup truck spinning its tires in front of a residence in Irrigon, running a stop sign off Brandon St, and heading towards the high- way. The incident was ad- vised, but law enforcement was unable to locate the vehicle. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A white Ford F150 with temporary plates and a deal- er plate was reported for re- peatedly running stop signs on 7th street towards Depot Lane in Irrigon. The driver was described as a male Hispanic high school-aged individual. Law enforce- ment responded but was unable to locate the vehicle. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A reckless driver in a white Ford F150 was reported for running stop signs. The driver was ini- tially observed on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon and was later seen on Highway 730. The report was cancelled. 6XVSLFLRXV$FWLYLW\ 6WXGHQWVÀDJJHGGRZQ a counselor at Java Junkies on Highway 730 in Irri- gon to report that a male was following them. The incident was reported and marked as completed. 1RLVH&RPSODLQW A resident on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon reported feeling harassed by a neigh- bor. The neighbor allegedly looked at the caller and punched their house. The caller also complained that the neighbor constantly revs their motor in front of their house. No action was taken in response to the complaint. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A maroon four-door flatbed was reported as SDUNHGLQIURQWRID¿UHK\- drant in the wrong direction on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. Law enforcement was un- able to locate the vehicle. 'ULYLQJ&RPSODLQW A wrecker was reported IRU WXUQLQJ R൵ WKHLU KHDG- lights and heading towards Tenth street in Irrigon. The neighbor in front of the wrecker was pushing the speed limit while driving a Dodge pickup. A white panel van with out of state plates was parked at the end of the driveway. Nine teams attended the middle school WUDFNDQG¿HOGHYHQWZLWK more than 50 participants in some events. While the weather may have dampened moods and slowed times, it didn’t pre- vent several South Morrow athletes from taking top spots and setting personal records in their events. Several local athletes placed in the top five of their events against stiff competition. Aidden Ramos of Ione placed second in the 400 Meters, while Mustang .HWFK)HQQHUQSODFHG¿UVW in the 300m Hurdles. The Heppner men’s relay team placed second in the 4x200 Relay. Mustang Catherine /LQGVD\SODFHG¿UVWLQWKH 400 Meters and second in the 200 Meters. Mikalie Duncan of Heppner placed second in the 1500 Meters and fourth in both the 800 and 3000 Meters. Andee Lathrop placed second in WKHP+XUGOHVDQG¿IWK in the Long Jump, and the Heppner women’s re- lay team placed second in the 4x200 Relay. Mustang Abby Sumner placed third in Shot Put.
