The caller requested extra patrols for a week, twice a day - once in the afternoon and once in the evening. The caller reported two trucks, one with a trailer, on their grandmother’s prop- erty. The caller stated that nobody should be on the property. - Civil Complaint: Oc- curred on Blue Jay Rd, in Heppner. The caller report- ed that a male had tres- passed on their property and left snow plow removal equipment behind. The male is currently not pres- ent. The caller is available for phone contact or an in-person visit. - Driving Complaint: Occurred on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The caller re- ported a black extended cab Ford Ranger with a revving motor and request- ed contact. - Suicidal Subject: Oc- curred at C & Don Main St N, in Boardman. A 20-year- old female had reportedly taken too many anxiety medications and was not acting normal. BPD, BFD, and BAMB responded. The patient was transported to GSH. CCS was advised. - Noise Complaint: Oc- curred on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The caller reported a vehicle pulling up to their neighbor’s residence and revving its engine. The vehicle sounded similar to a Ranger. - Intoxicated Subject: Officer initiated activi- ty at Boardman Harvest Town Foods, Main St S, Boardman, OR. A heavi- ly intoxicated individual, wearing black sweatpants, was causing concern that they may drive. BPD, BFD, and BAMB responded. The patient was transported to GSH. - Driving Complaint: Occurred on SE Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The caller re- ported a red short bed truck with chrome wheels run- ning through a stop sign and heading towards Tenth Plate. - Dog Complaint: Oc- curred at Sergio’s Mexican Restaurant on E Highway 730, in Irrigon. The caller advised that a small dog, similar to a Chihuahua, was running in the middle of Highway 730. The caller expressed concern that the dog may get hit by a vehi- cle. The caller mentioned being parked with their hazards on and attempting to help the dog. MCSO Dec 10 - Driving Complaint: 2FFXUUHGRQ,:HVW in Echo. A caller reported four semi trucks speeding and tailgating. They are not traveling together, but all engaging in the same behavior. One of the trucks has a light green cab with an agree trailer. Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office responded but was unable to locate the trucks. - Dog Complaint: Occurred at Irrigon Shell Station on E Highway 730 in Irrigon. The caller reported that their male brown chihuahua mix with no collar got out of their car last night near the highway. The caller is willing to provide their information to anyone who may locate the dog. - Fraud/Forgery: Occurred at Irrigon Shell Station on E Highway 730 in Irrigon. The caller reported that a customer attempted to pass a counter- feit $100 bill. The caller reported a blue semi truck with an open bed trailer and two California license plates driving recklessly. The truck took the exit to WKH :HVWERXQG UHVW area. The truck has the name “Jim Resler” on the side. The case was referred to Oregon State Police (OSP). - Dog Complaint: Oc- curred at the intersection of Se Utah Ave and Se Divi- sion St in Irrigon. The caller reported a brown Dober- man Pinscher and German Shepherd running loose in the area. Morrow County 6KHUL൵¶V 2൶FH UHVSRQGHG but was unable to locate the dogs. They will continue to keep an eye out for them. - Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The caller reported a white Dodge Journey speeding on Utah Ave- nue heading towards Tenth Street. Morrow County 6KHUL൵¶V2൶FHZDVDGYLVHG of the complaint. :DUUDQW $UUHVW $Q R൶FHU LQLWLDWHG DFWLYLW\ DW Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd in Irrigon. The suspect was arrested by 0RUURZ &RXQW\ 6KHUL൵¶V 2൶FH RQ D ZDUUDQW IURP Morrow County Circuit Court (MCCC) with for contempt of court. The sus- pect was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. - Driving Complaint: Occurred at the intersection RI:+LJKZD\DQG6: Third St in Irrigon. A caller reported excessive speeding through Irrigon by a ma- roon Dodge Charger with license plate 649NPE. - Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The caller reported a gold Chevy Trailblazer with a black rack on top driving at a high rate of speed towards Tenth Street. - Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon. The caller re- ported that the same gold Trailblazer returned to the area at a high rate of speed and headed towards Tenth Street. - Extra Patrol: Occurred on E Highway 730 in Irri- gon. The caller requested extra patrols around her residence as she cannot have an excavator in the location until January. MCSO Dec 14 -Suspicious Activity: A report was received from E )DLUYLHZ :D\ LQ +HSSQHU regarding kids attempting to break into cars. The call- er disconnected but called back to inform that her hus- band caught one of the kids and requested a deputy’s assistance. -Property Found/Lost: $QR൶FHULQLWLDWHGDFWLYLW\ at Dollar General on N Main St, Heppner, where a wallet was found outside the store. The owner was contacted and the property was returned. - F r a u d / F o rg e r y : A report came in from Se California Ave, Irrigon, stating that the caller’s son received two fraudulent checks while selling pup- pies online. A deputy was requested to visit the res- idence for further investi- gation. -Property Found/Lost: $Q LQGLYLGXDO GURSSHG R൵ a key fob found near the PDLOER[HVRQ/LQGHQ:D\ at the MCSO office. The owner was located and the key fob was returned. -Property Found/Lost: A hunting camera was found on the yellow line of the highway near Petty- MRKQ¶VRQ/LQGHQ:D\+HS- pner. A report was taken regarding the found item. -Unauthorized Entry MV: Ne Gilmore St, Hep- pner experienced a vehicle break-in resulting in the theft of two phones and some cash. Deputy made contact and entered the inci- dent into LEDS for further investigation. -Juvenile Complaint: An incident occurred at Heppner High School on Nw Morgan St, Heppner, where a student was injured by another student during roughhousing in the hall- way. The complaint was marked as completed. -Fight: An incident was reported at Irrigon High 6FKRRO RQ 6H :\RPLQJ Ave, Irrigon. The details and outcome of the fight were not provided. -Suspicious Activity: A parked white avalanche on the east end of River View Lane, Irrigon, caught attention due to the driver appearing to be passed out. Deputy responded but was unable to locate the vehicle. -Unauthorized Entry MV: A vehicle parked on Ne Gilmore St, Heppner was broken into and jump- er cables were stolen. The owner requested contact from a deputy. -Civil Complaint: A complaint was filed on Highway 730, Irrigon, re- garding a terminated lease on a house. The landowner had put a padlock on the gate preventing the tenant from accessing their be- longings. The issue was re- solved between the parties involved. -Disturbance: A distur- bance was reported on Se Ninth St, Irrigon, involving an intoxicated individual who dragged the caller out of their house. Law enforce- ment was unable to locate the reported individual. -Agency Assist: The caller reported being fol- lowed home from Hermis- ton by another vehicle on Sw Utah Ave, Irrigon. -Trespass: Security at the Port Of Morrow Lay- down Yard on Internet Parkway, Boardman, re- ported a suspicious vehicle and an individual on the property. However, security later canceled the dispatch, UHYHDOLQJ WKDW LW ZDV VWD൵ still on-site. -Drunk Driver: A re- port was received about an impaired driver circling town and almost colliding with the caller’s vehicle at :0DLQ6WDQG*UHHQ6WLQ Ione. The caller requested to speak to a deputy. -Harassment: A female individual threatened the caller and their 13-year-old daughter at their residence on Ne Ninth St, Irrigon. The caller suspected it was relat- ed to an incident at school. -Traffic Hazard: A fawn with a broken leg was reported on Highway 74 in lone, obstructing the northbound lane. ODOT personnel checked the area but were unable to locate the injured animal. -Driving Complaint: A gold Yukon was reported for speeding towards tenth on Se Utah Ave, Irrigon. MCSO Dec 15 -Suspicious Activity: Occurred on Gravel Pit Ln, in Irrigon. The reporting party (RP) advised that there are a bunch of people DQGDERXWYHKLFOHVÀ\LQJ drones in the area. MCSO responded, but was unable to locate the activity. -Suspicious Activity: Occurred on Se Brandon St, in Irrigon. The RP woke up to their dogs barking and saw an older dark vehicle with a high spoiler parked outside for about 10 min- utes. The vehicle then left the area slowly. The RP requested a deputy to check the area but did not require contact. -Unauthorized Entry MV: Occurred on E Fair- YLHZ :D\ LQ +HSSQHU The RP noticed that their binoculars were missing from their pickup truck. It appeared that someone had gone through the center console and pulled things out. The binoculars were in a green wool case. A deputy made contact with the RP, and the report was completed. -Animal Complaint: Occurred on Se California Ave, in Irrigon. The RP reported a coyote in the tur- key shoot area on California Ave. They were concerned about their dogs. -911 Hangup/Aban- doned/Accidental: Oc- curred on Se Gilmore St, in Heppner. A female called and requested 2514, but was informed that the per- son was not on duty and that it was the emergency line. The dispatcher asked how they could assist, but the female became upset, and a male voice could be heard in the background yelling. The female disconnected the call while crying. No answer on callback. -Dog Complaint: Oc- curred on Ne Third St, in Irrigon. A tan pit bull was seen chewing on the RP’s chicken. The dog belonged to a neighbor three houses south of the RP’s residence on the same side of the street. The RP requested deputy contact and stated they would be at the plan- QLQJGHSDUWPHQWR൶FH -Suspicious Activity: 2FFXUUHGDW:LOVRQ/Q2O- son Rd, in Boardman. The RP reported seeing a male getting out of a vehicle and walking around a fenced area before getting back into a red Ford Focus. The vehicle was still present at the location. -Theft Complaint: Oc- curred at James Sullivan on Highway 74, in lone. The RP wanted to speak with a deputy regarding the theft of a carport from her brother’s house. The RP mentioned that the gate was left open, and there were large tire tracks in the driveway. -Suspicious Activity: Occurred on Se Division St, in Irrigon. The RP reported a male outside pounding on their windows and request- ed that he be removed from the area. A deputy made contact. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The RP reported that a FedEx driver was speeding on the gravel roads in Irrigon. The vehicle was last seen on California Ave. -Driving Complaint: Occurred on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. The RP reported a silver Ford Escape driv- ing at a high rate of speed towards tenth street. -Dog Complaint: Oc- curred on Se Clover Ct, in Irrigon. The RP advised that there were two dogs to the east of their residence that would not stop barking. The complaint was completed. MCSO Dec. 16 - Fight: A fight oc- curred at Maple Crest $SDUWPHQWV RQ :LOVRQ 5G Sw., in Boardman. The in- cident involved two males ¿JKWLQJLQWKHOLYLQJURRP with no reported weapons involved. - Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was reported on Olson Rd, in Boardman. The com- plainant stated that there were several cows behind her barn near the canal that GLGQRWEHORQJWRKHU:KLOH the current location of the cows was not of concern, the complainant worried that they may wander into the road as there was no fence. - Dog Complaint: A GRJFRPSODLQWZDV¿OHGRQ : 6HYHQWK 5G LQ ,UULJRQ The complainant stated that their female black/grey yorkie Schnauzer had gone missing sometime during the previous night. The dog was wearing a blue/ purple tag. The complainant agreed to release their con- tact information if someone were to locate the dog. - Suspicious Activi- ty: A report of suspicious activity came in from Se Division St/Se California Ave, in Irrigon. The caller reported seeing someone inside a newly built house on Division between Cali- fornia and Catherine dr. No work vehicles were present, but the caller observed an individual crouched in- side the house and heard footsteps. The subject was 177 N. Main P.O. Box 337 Heppner, OR 97836 Chris@sykesrealestate.net later arrested and cited on a Hermiston Municipal Court warrant. - Suspicious Activity: A report of suspicious ac- tivity was received from Moose Lodge on Ne Third St., in Irrigon. The caller informed that an individ- ual was wandering around the premises and refusing to leave. The individual was later seen getting into a dark SUV. The male ex- hibited strange behavior and repeatedly asked for his family back. The caller will provide further updates if the individual returns or OHDYHVZLWKDVSHFL¿FGLUHF- tion of travel.
