The caller requested extra
patrols for a week, twice a
day - once in the afternoon
and once in the evening.
The caller reported two
trucks, one with a trailer, on
their grandmother’s prop-
erty. The caller stated that
nobody should be on the
property.
- Civil Complaint: Oc-
curred on Blue Jay Rd, in
Heppner. The caller report-
ed that a male had tres-
passed on their property
and left snow plow removal
equipment behind. The
male is currently not pres-
ent. The caller is available
for phone contact or an
in-person visit.
- Driving Complaint:
Occurred on SE Utah Ave,
in Irrigon. The caller re-
ported a black extended
cab Ford Ranger with a
revving motor and request-
ed contact.
- Suicidal Subject: Oc-
curred at C & Don Main St
N, in Boardman. A 20-year-
old female had reportedly
taken too many anxiety
medications and was not
acting normal. BPD, BFD,
and BAMB responded. The
patient was transported to
GSH. CCS was advised.
- Noise Complaint: Oc-
curred on SE Utah Ave, in
Irrigon. The caller reported
a vehicle pulling up to their
neighbor’s residence and
revving its engine. The
vehicle sounded similar to
a Ranger.
- Intoxicated Subject:
Officer initiated activi-
ty at Boardman Harvest
Town Foods, Main St S,
Boardman, OR. A heavi-
ly intoxicated individual,
wearing black sweatpants,
was causing concern that
they may drive. BPD, BFD,
and BAMB responded. The
patient was transported to
GSH.
- Driving Complaint:
Occurred on SE Utah Ave,
in Irrigon. The caller re-
ported a red short bed truck
with chrome wheels run-
ning through a stop sign
and heading towards Tenth
Plate.
- Dog Complaint: Oc-
curred at Sergio’s Mexican
Restaurant on E Highway
730, in Irrigon. The caller
advised that a small dog,
similar to a Chihuahua,
was running in the middle
of Highway 730. The caller
expressed concern that the
dog may get hit by a vehi-
cle. The caller mentioned
being parked with their
hazards on and attempting
to help the dog.

four semi trucks speeding
and tailgating. They are
not traveling together, but
all engaging in the same
behavior. One of the trucks
has a light green cab with
an agree trailer. Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
responded but was unable
to locate the trucks.
- Dog Complaint:
Occurred at Irrigon
Shell Station on E Highway
730 in Irrigon. The caller
reported that their male
brown chihuahua mix with
no collar got out of their car
last night near the highway.
The caller is willing to
provide their information
to anyone who may locate
the dog.

730 in Irrigon. The caller
reported that a customer
attempted to pass a counter-
feit $100 bill. The suspect is
described as a white male
with dark facial hair and
peppered hair on his head.

driving at a high rate of
speed towards Tenth Street.

where a student was injured
by another student during

northbound lane. ODOT
personnel checked the area
but were unable to locate
the injured animal.

Occurred on Gravel Pit Ln,
in Irrigon. The reporting
party (RP) advised that
there are a bunch of people

drones in the area. MCSO
responded, but was unable
to locate the activity.
-Suspicious Activity:
Occurred on Se Brandon
St, in Irrigon. The RP woke
up to their dogs barking and
saw an older dark vehicle
with a high spoiler parked
outside for about 10 min-
utes. The vehicle then left
the area slowly. The RP
requested a deputy to check
the area but did not require
contact.
-Unauthorized Entry

The RP noticed that their
binoculars were missing
from their pickup truck. It
appeared that someone had
gone through the center
console and pulled things
out. The binoculars were
in a green wool case. A
deputy made contact with
the RP, and the report was
completed.

Ave, in Irrigon. The RP
reported a coyote in the tur-
key shoot area on California
Ave. They were concerned
about their dogs.

doned/Accidental: Oc-
curred on Se Gilmore St,
in Heppner. A female called
and requested 2514, but
was informed that the per-
son was not on duty and that
it was the emergency line.
The dispatcher asked how
they could assist, but the
female became upset, and a
male voice could be heard
in the background yelling.
The female disconnected
the call while crying. No
answer on callback.

curred on Ne Third St, in
Irrigon. A tan pit bull was
seen chewing on the RP’s
chicken. The dog belonged
to a neighbor three houses
south of the RP’s residence
on the same side of the
street. The RP requested
deputy contact and stated

the theft of a carport from
her brother’s house. The

was left open, and there
were large tire tracks in the
driveway.

in Irrigon. The RP reported
a male outside pounding on
their windows and request-
ed that he be removed from
the area. A deputy made
contact.

Occurred on Se Utah Ave,

that a FedEx driver was
speeding on the gravel roads
in Irrigon. The vehicle was
last seen on California Ave.

a silver Ford Escape driv-
ing at a high rate of speed
towards tenth street.

there were two dogs to the
east of their residence that
would not stop barking. The
