MCSO re- on SE Utah Ave in Irri- gon that there is high traf- fic/possibly a drug house on Knapp Street. RP didn’t know the address but stat- ed it was the second house on the left on Knapp Street from Division. -Disturbance occurred at Sandy Court in Board- Work has already begun on ADA ramp upgrades in Heppner, man. RP advised a male with work planned soon in Lexington and Ione. just walked into his resi- dence, unknown who he is, started tearing stuff up and causing a disturbance. Mario Junior Morales was arrested by BPD for Crim- inal Mischief II, Trespass I, Interfere with LEO and Burglary I, and Theft III. Subject was lodged at UCJ with no bail. November 23, 2022— Boardman Ambulance was advised of a sedan on its top off the shoulder of the south side of the freeway in Boardman. The caller was unsure if it was new or old. -Boardman Ambulance responded to a 62-year-old female in Boardman who was having chest pains and shortness of breath. -Boardman Ambulance and Boardman Fire re- sponded to a 66-year-old female in Boardman with possible sepsis. Patient was transported to Good Shepherd. -Irrigon Ambulance responded to a 70-year-old male with a fever who kept going in and out of con- sciousness. -A female in Heppner advised Morrow County Sheriff’s Office that her neighbor had a friend stay- ing in her apartment and she was blasting a stereo. The caller did not want to ask her to turn it down because she thought it would cause further issues. No action was taken. -MCSO was advised that an intoxicated male left the area behind the Heppner supermarket in a multicol- ored Ford truck. -A caller in Irrigon ad- to break into a trailer. The female was walking behind the building. No weapons were visible. MCSO re- sponded and the female was okay. -Morrow County Pa- role and Probation arrested Mario Junior Morales on a warrant for probation vio- lation for Fail to Obey All Laws. Subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO responded to a stranded GMC pickup on a national forest road; it had rolled into a ditch but there were no injuries. OSP as- sisted, and the vehicle was towed. -A caller advised that a 16-foot home-built trailer was taken to someone’s house in Irrigon the year before and now the caller couldn’t reach anyone at the residence and the trail- er was gone. The caller’s friend was the one who towed the vehicle to the Irrigon residence. The call- er advised they would call back if they found further information. November 24, 2022— Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a 20-year-old male near the Sinclair Station in Board- man who appeared to be beat up. The caller believed he was jumped outside the store. The male was walk- ing toward the Banner Bank area. MCSO, Boardman PD, Boardman Ambulance and Boardman Fire all re- sponded. -MCSO and Irrigon Ambulance responded to a call from a juvenile in Irrigon who stated that his mother was not well. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd. -A caller requested a welfare check on a subject in Heppner who was mak- ing suicidal comments. MCSO responded but was unable to locate. -A woman in Irrigon advised she was missing her tan pitbull. Dog had a Maniac. She advised the dog was friendly. MCSO issued a Be On the Lookout. -MCSO arrested Jesse Austin Corbin on a Morrow County Circuit Court war- rant for parole violation for assault IV and harassment. The subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO was advised that Brookings PD arrested David James Bailey on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for parole violation for strangulation and harassment. Subject was lodged at Curry County Jail with no bail. -MCSO was advised of a red chevy pickup on Utah in Irrigon, looked like a shortbed might be low- ered, that ran a stop sign at 30 mph. A deputy advised they were in the area and saw the vehicle come to two complete stops at two different stop signs. -A female in Irrigon advised that her fiancé was causing a disturbance at her trailer. He was intoxicated and trashing it. -A caller in Heppner advised individuals had a drone out right next to the road and almost hit the call- er’s vehicle while he was driving. MCSO checked the area and was unable to locate. -A caller in Boardman reported they heard what sounded like a single gun- shot coming from a house three doors down. There was also loud music play- ing, and they were having a party. MCSO responded and determined the gunshot was unfounded and gave a verbal warning for loud music. November 26, 2022— A caller at the Irrigon Shell Station advised there was a girl there who wouldn’t leave. -Morrow County Sher- iff’s Office was advised of a broken down car partly in the slow lane on I-84, sponded; the car was off the road and family was on the way to help fix a flat tire. -A female in Irrigon advised she got a ring video notification that there was a person in her driveway carrying an armload of stuff. She requested contact. Deputy was unable to locate the subject. -MCSO received report of a stretch of fence knocked down along Columbia Ln. in Irrigon. The caller be- lieved a vehicle went off the road and knocked it down. -A female in Irrigon advised MCSO of a hit and run. Some hit her vehicle the night before. There was no paint transfer but there was a broken window and damage to the passenger side door. -A female in Heppner stated that someone was trying to beat down the door of her house. -A female in Irrigon stated that there were some juveniles across the street from the residence threaten- ing her daughter. She stated they were refusing to leave. -A female in Irrigon advised that there was a gold Corolla that sits out- side of her house and that she had followed them and confronted them at A.C. Houghton. She advised they were leaving and heading east from A.C. Houghton and that she was heading home and available for contact. -MCSO was advised of a cold unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Irrigon. The vehicle had been stolen six days before. -A woman in Heppner reported she got a call from her tenant saying her cousin was hitting her and threat- ening to kick her out. Congratulations Jr. High Track Team on a Great Season! As Heppner residents have probably noticed, work has begun on the Oregon Dept. Of Trans- portation ramp upgrades in Morrow County. The purpose of the statewide sidewalk curb ramp up- grades is to change the curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The projects underway in Heppner will include work at Hinton St., Co- lumbia Basin Electric Co- Op, Quaid St., Willow St., and the ADA ramps at the post office and Bucknum’s Tevern. Completion in Hep- pner is planned for the end of July 2023. ODOT says that con- struction will cause inter- mittent shoulder and lane closures but that access to businesses will remain open. Drivers should watch for flaggers. Pedestrians, including those with dis- abilities, will have access through or around work zones.
